Le Flore restaurant is located at the entrance or exit of Kairouán.

This is the typical big restaurant where all the buses loaded with tourists usually stop. The dining room is gigantic full of large tables. They have pre-set menus for organized excursions which consist of a spring roll, traditional chicken with rice, and then a typical Kairouán dessert called makroud which is made with semolina and date paste. As a digestive, they make wine accompanied by mint tea. The service is fast as well as the waiters.
